Precautions for using a seed drill

1. Before use, check whether the seeding parts are damaged, whether there are foreign objects in the seeding box, and oil the parts that need to be oiled;
2. Before spring sowing, sufficient vulnerable mechanical parts should be prepared to avoid delaying sowing and delaying the farming season. The seeds must be dry and clean, and should not be mixed with straw, stones and other debris to avoid blocking the seeding port and affecting the sowing quality. When precision sowing, the seeds should be strictly selected, otherwise it will affect the sowing quality.
3. Carry out a single-port flow test to ensure the accuracy of the sowing amount;
4. Make all preparations for sowing. When sowing, you must grasp the sowing, turning, operation and other matters. The sowing machine should try to avoid parking during operation. When it must be stopped, in order to prevent the "broken strip" phenomenon, the seeder should be raised and retreated for a distance before sowing. When lowering the seeder, the tractor should be moved slowly.
5. When starting the operation, the hydraulic control handle should be placed in the floating position.
6. Pay attention to safety during operation to prevent safety accidents;
7. During the operation, the machine tools need to be repaired and the debris should be cleaned up when the unit is parked and stable.
8. When stopping for adjustment, the power of the machine should be cut off.
9. The machine is not allowed to reverse or turn when in operation. .
10. Before turning or when transporting over long distances, the seeder should be raised and the power of the seed meter should be cut off.
11. The operator should observe the operation of the seeder at any time during operation, especially whether the seed meter is discharging seeds, whether the seed delivery tube is blocked, and whether there are enough seeds in the seed box. When sowing seeds mixed with pesticides, the sowing personnel should wear protective tools such as gloves, masks, and goggles. The remaining seeds should be properly handled in a timely manner and should not be dumped or thrown around to avoid polluting the environment and causing harm to people and animals.
12. Clean the seeder after use and grease the chain and other parts to prevent rust
