How to maintain the seeder?

(1) Before the seeder is put into operation, oil should be added to each oiling point in time to ensure that the moving parts are fully lubricated. Lost or damaged parts should be replenished, replaced and repaired in time. Be careful not to apply oil to the gears and chains to avoid getting covered with mud and increasing wear.
(2) The working length of each seed wheel is equal and the displacement is consistent. The sowing amount adjustment mechanism is flexible and there should be no sliding or empty movement.
(3) The disc of the disc opener rotates flexibly and does not shake or rub against the opener body.
(4) Before and after each shift and during work, the soil on all parts should be cleaned up, and special attention should be paid to removing the soil and oil on the transmission system.
(5) The fertilizer in the fertilizer box should be cleaned up after each shift to prevent the fertilizer from corroding the fertilizer box and the fertilizer discharge part. Check whether the seed discharge shaft and fertilizer discharge shaft rotate flexibly.
(6) After each shift, the seeder should be parked in a dry and covered shed. When parked in the open air, the seed and fertilizer box should be covered tightly. When parking, lower the furrow opener and the support to stabilize the machine body to reduce unnecessary load on the seeder frame.
