In areas where high-power tractors are developed, there is a tendency to further increase the working width and speed of the seed drill to improve the seeding quality under high-speed operation. The versatility and adaptability to different seeds, seeding rates, plant spacing, and various soil and ground conditions are further expanding, while various combined operation machines and no-till seed drills are also continuing to develop.
Precision seed drills will be more widely used in corn, beets, cotton, beans, and certain vegetable crops. The manufacturing accuracy of seed drill parts will continue to improve, and more electronic monitoring devices that can send alarm signals in time in abnormal situations will be used.
In addition, seeding methods are also constantly improving. For example, the glue seeding method using peristaltic pump seeding can avoid the influence of poor soil conditions on seed germination, and pesticides and fertilizers can be applied at the same time.
